We ship worldwide! After your order is confirmed, it takes 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process your order. Estimated delivery times:
- United States & Canada: 35 – 40 days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 14 – 27 days (Monday to Friday)

Change of Address
Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@mellowapure.com.
Cancellations

Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please reject it from the courier if possible, and contact our customer service team immediately.

Tracking Information
